Hello!
Welcome
to our KITNZLUV Fine Himalayan & Persian Kitnz
& Katz Website.
I sincerely hope you will come in, look around .
. . and stay a spell. KITNZLUV is a small, in my home,
cattery. I breed
Himalayans and CPC Persians. The cattery is
registered with CFA & TICA, and is located in
Azle, TX 76020 northwest of Fort Worth.
The Katz are more than a hobby for me. They are a
full-time “New Career in Retirement.” From the
time I purchased my first Kitn, the Kitnz and
Katz have become my passion, and I love them
dearly.
My breeder katz come from some excellent and well
known bloodlines such as EDGEWATER,
MA-LIA KATZ, KIIKATZ, PAJEANS, CLASSY CATCH,
COUNTRYCHARM, TITTUSVILLE, LAKE HYCHO, BOLO,
INRVISION, PAWDANCE and SUNNYBROOK,
to name a few.
The focus of KITNZLUV breeding program is to produce healthy Kitnz with beautiful,
sweet expressions and loving personalities, to the Himalayan/Persian
breed standard and CFA show criteria. The Kitnz
N'Katz are “my babies in retirement,” each with an individual
personality and is different one to the next as
your own sibling children. It is with considerable
angst and concern, for a long time to come, that
I release a Kitn to the care of new parents. The breeders are
DNA tested for PKD and KINTZLUV is a Feline Leukemia
negative cattery.
The Katz N'Kitnz are raised in my home in a
cage-less environment where they rule supreme.
Kitnz are ready to go to new homes when they
have been weaned and have learned to eat a
varied diet of dry, raw and canned kitty foods,
are accustomed to bathing, blow drying and
grooming, to play and to use a litter pan . . . after they have had
baby shots, and are examined
by a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, a
Certificate of Health is issued by the Animal
Hospital and signed by the examining Doctor. And
then, and ONLY then, is a Pet Kitn sent home to
its new family, when I think it is ready, usually at about 10 to 12 weeks of
age.
The recipient of a KITNZLUV Pet Kitn will be
required to make a trip to the Veterinarian
for an examination upon getting the Kitn home, and
as necessary to complete the shot program and to
get a
rabies vaccination.
A KITNZLUV Seller/Purchaser agreement is like most Seller/Purchaser
agreements, in-so-much-as, the
purchaser agrees to have the pet altered
(spayed/neutered) at some point after the
purchase, before the kitn is six (6) months of
age, and evidence that the pet has been altered
has been sent to the Seller . . . before the
Seller will release a CFA Application of New
Ownership to the Purchaser.
Breeder/Show potential
is not guaranteed
by KITNZLUV.
As owner of KITNZLUV, I am very selective in placing a Kitn with adopting parents and I reserve the right to refuse any adoption, at any point prior to the Kitn leaving my home.
Respectfully,
Frank Payton
